What data may be processed
The app uses Google/Firebase components for functions such as analytics and messaging, Google Play for distribution and subscriptions, and technical services to register the device and deliver remote jobs when the user enables those features.
- Technical device and operational data needed to provide or improve the service.
- Registration or linking identifiers used by the remote feature.
- Purchase or subscription data managed by Google Play; the company does not receive complete payment details.
- Information voluntarily provided by the user when requesting support.
- Browsing and security data that the web infrastructure may record.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to provide requested features, manage subscriptions, maintain security, diagnose errors, provide support and comply with legal obligations. The applicable basis may be performance of the service, consent where required, legitimate interests in security and improvement, or a legal obligation.
Providers and transfers
Google Play and Google's Firebase services may process data under their own terms and at their service locations. Other technical providers may participate solely to host, communicate or protect the service. Also consult the privacy notices shown by Android and Google Play on your device.
Retention and security
Data is retained for the period required for its purpose and applicable legal periods. Reasonable access and security measures are applied, but users must also protect their devices and keep their linkcodes private.

Where applicable, request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to administracion@tpv.net. Include the information needed to verify your identity without sending excessive documentation. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
